Yes. Drone photography and video are available for properties where aerial coverage helps showcase the property, surrounding land, or neighborhood context. Aerial media is especially useful for larger homes, luxury properties, waterfront listings, and homes with unique views or lot layouts. All aerial work is performed by a pilot who holds an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required by the Federal Aviation Administration for any commercial drone operation. While this certification is legally required for paid drone work, it is sometimes overlooked in the industry. Hiring a certified drone pilot ensures that flights are conducted safely, legally, and in compliance with federal airspace regulations.
